My name is Sasha Rae and it is my joy to channel heart-centred creations.

~ one-on-one Art of Dreaming sessions for freedom, clarity and coming home to the heart

Dreams, the Land, meditation and myriad wholeness practices inspire and inform my creative calling and process.

Mixed media art and book-binding are the media for these hands. I love to create original vibrant artworks! Join a workshop and I’ll be delighted to guide your hands in these art forms. Engaging in the sacred play of heart-guided art-making is a portal to healing, clarity and JOY.

Connecting with night-time dreams is an integral part of my creative process. It is a practice that inspires and informs my art as well as bringing wholeness to my life. It’s an honour to activate and teach dream-connecting in one-on-one Art of Dreaming sessions.

My passion is to help us to connect with creativity, the deep self, each other and all of this joyful Life.
